6 weeks trip is now done and here are the albums

 Well we have done the whole trip and most of you have followed me on Facebook.

There was so much to see and do that I couldn't do this blog as well as Facebook, but I have made albums now and they are all within their own title/places where we went.

New Cruise trip coming up

 Mt travels and my normal life.

Whatever normal life now means.

But we have a trip coming up in 6 days time. Got it booked through " My Cruises".

House sitters Ruth and Chris are coming here to stay for the entire 6 weeks.

They will look after Bella and the chooks and the horses and cows.

We have others in town who will be on standby to help if needed.

So the trip is a 9 day tour through Turkey by coach.

Then we embark on the MSC Splendida to go on a 4 week journey to South Africa via :

Greece, Croatia, Slovenia( day trip from Trieste) , Bari( bottom of Italy) and then from Bari to Katakolon, then Crete, Rhodes, Alexandria, ( Pyramids day trip) and Safaga( Luxor- valley of the kings) and then Petra, then Oman( Sallalah) and then Mauritius, Then Reunion island, then Durban.

In Durban we get off and stay 7 nights.

2 nights in Belaire hotel, then we get picked up to go to StLucia, then do a Safari with Hertitage tours, and then they take us to Umhlanga to stay 2 more nights before going home.

Home on the 1st of December.

Life seems normal( for now)

 A temporarily appearance of normal life for now. We are now in August 3rd 2023.

But for how long.??

We know nobody is asking us or anyone else if they are vaccinated or not. No one is asking the question: Did those vaccines work? Answer, no they didn't work. They still transmitted and you could still catch" the virus" . Well that's an obvious, no it didn't work.

Anyway, enough about that. Most countries have dropped they vaccine mandates for overseas travelling to be jabbed so now you can visit the USA, Canada, Europe and most other countries without being jabbed.

I think this year is a good year( and towards the end of last year) to travel again.

The door will close again, my guess is mid year of 2024.

I have been busy with the horses. with vaccine injured people getting horse therapy.

We are now called" Higher ground equestrian therapy".

I am also taking a few regular clients riding. 

We've had a mother( 60 yrs) and her daughter( 25) staying for one year. Before that we had Sonja and Johnny for 2 years. Today we got 2 chefs ( from Punjab) that are working in the Talisman restaurant.

We now have 6 chooks and a good size veggie garden. I joined the Hauraki Western riding club. That's been fun too.

I recently went to Melbourne to visit Jos and Rachel and their 4 kids. I enjoy being an Oma.
