So after several attempts to go for a boat-ride with the worship boats team from Daniel Carmel, and I tried with his offsider, but to no avail, I search for an other company and found" Galilee Sailing" with David as the boat man. I booked in for me and Margie and off we went in my car to the Kinneret( Sea of Galilee). We found out it's a cute little wooden boat that can take around 8 people, but we were just the 2 of us. And he took us and we could swim off the boat! That was a real bonus because I still wanted to swim in the sea of Galilee, so this was 2 in one.
The man David was very nice , we had great talks and once we were out in the middle of the lake we could then jump off the boat and swim. He threw us a couple of noodles so we could play and float as long we we wanted. The water( even this far off the shore) was very warm. Not exactly a cool down, maybe a little. I'd say the water would be about 28 C.
After sometime of swimming and playing , we did some more sailing and then back to shore. We were about an hour.
After that we had some lunch and then I drove to the Mount of Beatitudes. That was a beautiful church with great views.
Then we drove around the lake and not back via Tiberias so we could say, we went around the whole lake, back to Ein Harod ihud.
The next day I went to Gan Hashlosha ( Sachnee) and had a nice mornings swim( I stayed for about 1 1/2 hours, and I discovered the 3 levels of the pools.
Very nice Oasis there.
